HSE Policy

Our Establishment is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace and conducting its business activities in a manner that protects the environment. To achieve these goals, all our working locations shall adhere to the following principles:

• Identification and evaluation of all HSE hazards or aspects.
• Compliance with all applicable HSE legislation.
• Prevention of incidents, injuries, pollution and fire hazards.
• Intolerance of the conditions and behaviors that contribute to incidents and injuries.
• Reduction of waste and conservation of resources.
• Recording and communicating HSE performance throughout the Organization.
• Continuous improvement of HSE activities and evaluation on / upgrading of prevailing HSE practices.
• The HSE Manager and Safety Engineer together with Safety supervisors & assistants shall be closely monitoring the system and practices, to prevent the maximum of possible hazards.
• Every week, there is a safety co ordination meeting and we review the safety policies and its impacts.
• Every employee of our establishment is insisted to work in accordance with the company’s HSE Policy and comply with applicable HSE legislation.
• Regular HSE audit is being done to determine conformance to the HSE Management System.
• Every employee, whose work may create a significant HSE impact, shall be trained and held accountable for not complying with the Company’s HSE Policy and related procedures, practices, instructions and rules; if any.
• Each employee should report about their workplace, working conditions and practices that pose a safety hazard or threaten the environment and to take reasonable actions to alleviate such risks.

For improving the safety aspects , we do the following steps regularly.

• Safety tool box talk.
• Provides good House keeping of every work site.
• Safety induction classes to each workers.
• Insist to wear / use Personal Protective Equipments at all time while on duty.
• Use proper tools for the corresponding work.
• Before executing any heavy jobs, we do Risk assessment.
• Motivating the workers to keep the safety by implementing safety awards.

We believe that safety is everybody’s responsibility and should create a positive atmosphere in the work site by everyone.
